We are looking for an experienced Mid - Senior level BA with strong business facing experience. Ideally you will have worked in the insurance industry. Experience working on operational change transformations is essential, you should be a business facing BA and not an IT BA. Experience dealing with multiple teams and different groups of SME's is essential.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a large program of work which is going to completely change the organisation and their product offering.
This is an initial contract until the end of the year with a high likelihood to extend.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years as a Business Analyst
- Experience with As Is and To Be process mapping
- Requirement gathering experience
- Ability to work autonomously
- Great stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record with working across multiple teams in different locations
- Excellent communication skills
- Insurance or broker knowledge - desirable
- Agile experience
- Must have direct business facing experience and not IT into the business. We are looking for someone who has worked on projects directly effecting the business.
- Experience within the insurance industry
- Consulting experience, internally or externally is essential.
