My client is a leading security vendor with a rapidly expanding presence around the globe. They have won numerous awards and regularly feature as a leader in the Gartner magic quadrant. They continue to experience outstanding growth across Australia and as a result currently need Security Engineers / Pre Sales Consultants to join the team in Sydney. 

Security Engineers / Pre Sales Consultant Key Responsibilities:

• Primary technical and conceptual sales support for the sales team and end user customers/partners
• Work closely with the BDM's in order to develop existing and new clients
• RFI/RFP response
• Provide training updates, seminars and workshops for clients and partners
• Product and solution presentations to key decision makers
• Active participation in IT security events

 Ideal background and experience:

• Min of 5 years in a pre sales / security engineer / Architect role within a security vendor or end user environment (client side)
• Good all round knowledge of the security sector, especially network security
• Strong ability to create end to end security solutions
• Experience with POCs and Demos
• Strong appreciation of the customer environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Relevant certifications e.g. CCNP / CISSP
