We are currently seeking a ICT Support Officer to join our growing ICT team based in our head office in Wangara. Reporting to the ICT Manager the role will be responsible for all ICT support and helpdesk enquiries across the business.
Critical functions of the role include:
- Answer incoming support calls and provide resolution within SLA
- Ability to work on the internal helpdesk system for call logging and management
- Microsoft Office 365 administration and support
- Troubleshoot connectivity and network issues (Cellular, Satellite, WiFi, LAN, VPN, xDSL, Fibre, NBN)
- Desktop and Laptop hardware repair
- Desktop and Laptop SOE deployment
- Escalate and allocate support issues as required
- Handheld device set up and support (including smartphones IOS)
- Application installation, configuration, and support
- User administration and management in Active Directory, Exchange, Skype for Business, Office 365 Portal, JDE and other applications
- Ability to visit remote job sites to install ICT equipment and resolve issues with hardware/comms
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
As an ICT professional, you will possess excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure adhering to strict deadlines within a fast paced environment. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise with all levels of the business and work automously and part of a supportive team environment.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar ICT role
- Windows Server 2012/2016 and Microsoft Office 365 basic administration and support experience
- Strong Administration and Troubleshooting skills across Windows 7, 8 and 10
- Experience with VMware basic administration and support
- Strong systems documentation experience
- Excellent record keeping and asset management
- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills

- Microsoft Office 365 Configuration, Administration and Migration
- VMware vCenter Server/ Configuration and Administration
- HP Switch Configuration and Administration
- Cisco Router Configuration and Administration
- Microsoft Group Policy Configuration and Administration
- WiFi networking using WPA Enterprise Configuration and Administration
- Microsoft SQL Server Configuration and Administration
- Microsoft ADFS Configuration and Administration
- Microsoft SharePoint 2010, 2013 and Online (365) Configuration, Administration and Support
- IP Telephony Configuration and Administration
- Prior experience with Manage Engine
- JDE Administration and Support
- PDQ Deploy Configuration and Administration
- Veeam Configuration and Administration
- NetApp Storage Administration
- Observium Administration
