We currently have a contract opportunity for you to join our client's team at Level 1 type activities, including call answering, ownership of tickets and escalation to Level 2 and 3.

The role is CBD based and would be .

To be successful you should meet the following criteria:

  • have relevant 2 years+ experience in a similar role raising and closing IT tickets as well as excellent customer service skills
  • an excellent communication skills
  • be a quick learner with a proactive approach in addressing a clients needs in a timely fashion
  • be available on short notice
