About the Role
Our client is seeking a Technical Support extraordinaire who will take the lead when assisting and supporting their customers. As the first line of communication with our customers, this exciting and challenging role will see you solving new phone or video conferencing system or network problems every day. You won’t be resetting passwords – you will truly be supporting people with complex and unique issues. The successful candidate must have experience in networking, voice or video systems; and providing a high level of customer support.
  
Key responsibilities will include:
  • Be our first of point of contact for customer support
  • Setup cloud services and devices
  • Attend client sites for troubleshooting and installation
  • Resolve queries of varying complexity
  
To be successful for this role you must have the following:
  • CSR or IT Support experience
  • Experience with VOIP and SIP, and IP networking and telecommunications
  • Experience troubleshooting TCP/IP and telecommunications networks
  • Demonstrate advanced command line skills
  • CISCO CCNA (preferred not essential)
  • Strong communication skills, in both technical and non-technical language
  • Ability to adapt combined with strong organisational skills
  • CRM experience (Salesforce highly regarded)
  • A confident, proactive and outgoing personality
