Manage and lead the delivery of technology initiatives for a large and highly reputable retail organisation with a major footprint across Australia. This role is for a highly capable Project Manager/Leader with expertise across delivery sales and distribution solutions. Experience in managing and leading ERP implementation and integration in this type of environment is also important.  
  
With the significant expansion of the organisation by acquisition creating new customer solutions and applications which in turn are advancing technology needs. The focus is on controlling current whilst accelerating new business growth. The project manager will need to understand the technology and align themselves to the complex needs of business. This role is to establish perfect harmony between a vigorous B2B sales and distribution network.
  
Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of solution implementation of projects, that are predominantly ERP technology related
• Define the vision for all projects in a complex sales and distribution wholesale arena
• Gain an early understanding of current and proposed business processes and solutions
• Fulfil the complexities of requirements in melding two ERP solutions into one.
• Build positive and agreeable relationships with technology and business stakeholders alike
• Manage projects using a blended Waterfall and Agile approach

Key Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience delivering complex IT projects within an ERP solution environment
• Experience in wholesale/retail, sales orders, order to cash (O2C), distribution or supply chain highly desirable
• Capacity to unravel complex application and solution needs of business and manage technology accordingly
• Demonstrated experience managing and working effectively with business, technology and vendor stakeholders
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills

  Applicants with experience in Project Managing within the Oracle JDE or NetSuite, SAP Business All-in-One, Microsoft Dynamics AX or GP, likely to be preferred
