We have a strong team with some exceptional talent and due to continual business growth; we’re able to open up this new position. In this role you’ll also be able to communicate clearly and effectively with non-technical colleagues and clients and be open to continuously learning and upskilling as you work.
To complement our existing team your experience will include:
- Extensive Microsoft Windows 2012/2016 AD, File services, and DNS (strong troubleshooting skills essential)
- The ability to design solutions based on customer requirements.
- Sound knowledge of networking troubleshooting
- Proactive customer engagement

To complement the above, the other desirable skills you may bring:
- AD PKI experience
- Microsoft Hyper-V, SCCM, VMM, or Exchange Server 2010-2013-2016 experience
- Storage experience with NetApp/Pure storage/Dell EMC
- Sound knowledge of storage technologies and how they integrate with the above technologies
- Any exposure to SCSM would be great, but not essential
