This leading software company has a requirement for a support specialist to join their friendly and stable team supporting a web based application.

You will ideally have experience troubleshooting and resolving application issues.  Full training in the web application will be provided to the right candidate.

The right candidate will have strong customer focus and communication skills as this role requires extensive written and phone based communication with customers. 

You will be responsible for resolving customer issues or escalating calls to other team members, ensuring issues are dealt with within agreed time frames. 

You will also be responsible for analysing a customer's needs and forwarding the requirements to the development team for quotation and development.

• Experience in supporting application software ideal
• Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Dependable team player - willingness to offer and receive help
• Experience in speaking to a wide variety of customers
• Microsoft Office product skills i.e. Word, Excel etc.
• Email and documentation skills
• Strong customer focus with an eagerness to help
• High level of initiative

Flexible work arrangements will be provided with a mixture of working from home and working in the office.  

Tertiary qualifications will be highly desirable but not mandatory. Graduates and stay at home parents with the above skills are welcome to apply.
