We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect, to deliver on-going architectural advice for the Salesforce platform for one of our Government clients.
  
Key deliverables:

• Work with the business to define and govern implementation of solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) exhibiting a high level of expertise in providing architectural advice for the Salesforce environments 
• Work with business groups both inside and external to help scope, solution and design new solutions based on the Salesforce platform
• Create and maintain technical documentation on built solutions
• Drive standards and best practices within Salesforce implementations

Necessary experience:

• Previous experience as a Salesforce Architect
• Salesforce.com Certified Administrator certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
• Experience in creating Workflows, Flows, Process in Process Builder, Approval Process, Validation Rules, Record Types, Page Layouts, Roles, Profiles, Custom Objects, Triggers, Apex functions, Lightning Components
• Knowledge of ITIL processes including technical change management principles and approaches and experience in contributing to change advisory board activities.
• Well-developed understanding of application lifecycle management, application/solution architectures, tools, methods, standards, processes and information, particularly in relation to Salesforce.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
