UX Designer

A UX Designer is required by a leading software development company based in Sydney to engage with their clients, extract requirements and oversee design solutions.
A UX Designer is required by a leading software development company based in Sydney to engage with their clients and extract design and user experience requirements. You’ll then oversee the design team who will put together the solution. You’ll add leadership to an existing team of talent designers, engage with large clients across Australia heading up the UX component of this award winning business.
The client is looking for someone who is able to step into this role, perhaps from a senior UX position previously, and who is happy to lead the consulting aspect of the role, ensuring that the right solutions are designed for the clients. The client are looking to add a CX and service design aspect to their existing offering and you’ll be able to stand this part of the business up.
The requirements are:

• Strong UX design experience
  
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer engagement
  
• Ability to extract complex requirements within UX / UI
  
• Experience in CX and service design is beneficial
  

The role is available to start now, but the client will wait for a notice period. This is a great opportunity to step into a UX Design position, engage with existing customers, add real value and do great work. Eventually you’ll be able to introduce service design and CX, providing an end to end solution to clients.
