We are looking for a Systems Administrator who can work with the IT Manager to take Sushi Sushi’s Infrastructure to the next level. Delivering professional, high quality and timely technical skills, you will have had at least 5 years’ experience.
This is a great opportunity for a diverse Systems Administrator to get into a retailer which is evolving and expanding at a rapid rate.
This position involves:
- Work collaboratively with the IT Team to provide technical support to Support Office, Warehouses and Stores.
- Configure, manage and optimize Windows server infrastructure
- Assist in the migration of VMWare servers to AWS
- Administration and management of Office 365 and Active Directory
- Manage and maintain backups
- Assist in technical support and preventative maintenance on CCTV equipment.
- Assist in technical support and preventative maintenance on all POS Hardware and peripherals.
- Liaise with suppliers and service providers
Skills required:
- Experience in troubleshooting and supporting hardware and software systems.
- Experience in Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
- Experience Administering Office 365 and VdMware ESX
- Experience with backup solutions, such as Veeam and Acronis
- Experience in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Experience in Computer networks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective organisational and problem solving skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Retail IT experience with POS and PC-EFTPOS is desired
- Current Driver’s License and police clearance.
