A 6-month contract is available for a Senior Business Analyst to work with a vibrant team in Melbourne. You will be getting your hands dirty with 9 different projects in this fast-paced environment. 
 
 
Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team of Business Analysts across 9 different projects
• Work closely with Testing, Change Management and Architectural teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Map existing and to-be end-to-end business processes
• Champion the assessment of business process gaps and impacts of changes
• Provide high-quality documentation to the business team
• Analysing business requirements and capturing them in detailed business requirement specifications
• Information gathering and development of process maps for business units
• Creating test scripts and cases
• Stakeholder management between internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Process mapping and documentation across business and systems

 
Experience Required:

• 7+ years of business analysis experience
• Strong business process design skills and experience
• General application experience but should include SAP
• Strong business requirements gathering skills and experience and documentation skills and experience
• Strong Process Mapping skills and experience
• Strong management and mentoring skills and experience
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Excellent Vendor engagement skills
• High level of experience with projects involving multiple business areas, preferably including Supply Chain/Retail Operations, Merchandise, Marketing and eCommerce
• Some SAP experience preferred: Retail and SD
• Advanced analytical and creative thinking skills
• Proven ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
• FMCG or Retail experience would be advantageous
