Our client based in the South East of Melbourne is seeking a Senior Business Analysts for a large project. The client is undergoing a business systems transformation to improve services including digital and online. This will be a five-year program of work and your deliverables are to put together the business case and roadmap for the five-year business system transformation and the management of the RFI process for the foundation technology components. 

To be considered for this opportunity you will need to meet the following selection criteria: 

• Experience as a Senior Business Analyst preferably leading teams
• Have worked on large, enterprise transformation programs, particularly on the RFI and RFT phases.
• Experience specifying large programs of work with program level business case development, business case definition, including an ability to construct and analyse roadmaps, explore the different sequencing options, discover the dependencies, pros, and cons of different sequencing options, the order of magnitude costs of different options.
• Demonstrated ability to construct functional and non-functional requirements, RFI documentation, RFT documentation.
• Experience with business transformation.
• Project Management experience
• Strong process mapping skills and process documentation.
• Excellent workshop facilitation skills.
• Able to work without structure, supervision, or clear directions.
• Demonstrated ability to take on accountability for complex pieces of work and to work autonomously.
• Strong ability to deal with ambiguity, including being adaptable to their working style and dealing with changing situations due to the early stages of the projects
• Proven experience in presenting at the executive management level, and working with stakeholders at all levels.
