It is fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a finance system transformation project and work with a variety of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in BI finance reporting, finance system implementation as well as business process documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse the benefits realisation for a recently deployed finance system within an evolving health organisation
• Create documentation and develop procedure manuals for a variety of processes to be roll-out out to the wider business
• Tailor the BI reporting tool by obtaining analytics and data from sources within the health cluster
• Be the project lead by both owning the relationship and managing the vendors and external stakeholders

Key Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst
• Experience in finance system implementation is required
• Highly favourable if you have experience with Oracle finance systems, preferably OracleR12 (Oracle Stafflink)
• Ability to work autonomously and cope with high levels of ambiguity
• Health Industry experience is desirable
• Extensive experience in documenting with a high level of attention to detail
• Ability to manage expectations an influence stakeholders decision making
• Independent view with the ability to propose solutions
