The role

As an experienced Senior Service Coordinator, you will leverage your experience in Cisco technologies to be the focal point for all Unified communications. You will provide guidance and control of all  UC platforms.  This role will also include UC and Cisco C1  licence, Subscription services, maintenance contracts,  including component parts and serial numbers, 3rd party service provider interface.

In addition the role will encompass  Private Automatic Branch Exchange (PABX) maintenance services.  This component currently covers around 500 systems from Commander to LG Aria systems, obtaining service contract quotes outside of Unified Communications , and budget preparation.

To be successful, you’ll have:

  • sound exposure is essential for Cisco Unified Communications technologies (UC) in particular, catering to products including video, jabber, Webex and an overview of Cisco UCCE (Call Centre)
  • strong and sound knowledge of traditional PABX systems
  • demonstrable thought leadership and innovation (and deployment) with Cisco network and voice technologies
  • strong understanding of licencing and subscriptions  with UC and other network technologies
  • budget understanding and management
  • experience in collaboration with a Unified Design team to ensure supportability elements are considered

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • be the focal point for all Unified communications including traditional PABX telephony and the associated technical resources and vendors
  • provide guidance and control  of  Unified Communications platforms and PABX systems along with  and Network contracts and carriers
  • manage the Unified Communications and PABX vendors
  • manage the Licence and subscription services for networking equipment
  • oversee budget control and management of Unified communications systems
