Experimac specialises in Apple second hand sales and mobile/tablet/computer repair. The role required is full time.
This role involves:
- Repairing and upgrading iPhone, iPad and Mac (screen repair, battery replacement, upgrades etc)
- Communicating with and assisting customers
- Sale of second hand products and new accessories and gadgets
- Marketing including giving out flyers at quiet times
To be successful you must:
- Have at least 6 months of work experience in the repair of computers and iPhones. This relates to screen repair, battery replacement and computer upgrades. THIS IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE ALREADY.
- Have a passion for retail and customer service
- Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
- A high level of technology product knowledge (preferably Apple related) to support customer queries.
- Ability and independence to open and run the store in times you are without the manager/ other staff.
