- Liaise with internal business groups to support their IT

About the role
With a strong customer service focus, this position is responsible for providing high level support for Rail Projects Victoria (RPV) and the Office of the Coordinator-General to ensure the appropriate provision of support for IT hardware, software telephony and mobile devices.
The position will also provide administration support to the RPV Business Services Team and others as required.
The role will require managing relationships within RPV, Department of Economic Development, Jobs, Transport and Resources (DEDJTR) and other support providers to ensure that there is a high level of understanding of business needs and outcomes are consistent with business requirements.
