We are expecting to receive requirements for a number of Business Analyst (Process, Change and Program Analyst) roles and would encourage you to join Araza and to work at one of Australia's leading companies delivering large ICT projects.

Australian Citizenship is an essential requirement for these roles.
Your skills, experience, knowledge and abilities we will appreciate the most:

• Program Business Analysts: Experience in monitoring the progress of the portfolio in execution, working with project managers and SME, identifying risks that may affect the projects’ delivery in terms of quality, cost, time and scope and monitoring the realisation of benefits delivered by the projects.
• Change Analysts: Experience in supporting the Change project teams by assisting with the change strategies and supporting plans including stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, ‘as is’ & ‘to be’ business process/impacts and change readiness assessment, communication channels, stakeholder training.
• Process Analysts: Experience in reviewing existing business processes, process modelling, mapping and creating business cases for the process improvement, assessing process performance, documenting potential problems or opportunities for improvement and providing process training to users.
