Your work will be wide ranging, covering day-to-day and key user support, incident, change and problem management as well as infrastructure fleet management. Throughout all your responsibilities, your main focus will be on providing a brilliant customer experience and always striving to do things better and more efficiently.
We anticipate that to excel in this role you will:

  • be highly proficient in managing stakeholder expectations and operational reporting
  • be experienced in Unix scripting,  database programming as well as general infrastructure concepts
  • have demonstrated experience in a leadership role in an application support area in a global company
  • be adept in engaging, collaborating and communicating with business and technical colleagues from different cultures and locations around the world.
