The ICT Service Support Officer is part of the ICT Service team and is the primary interface for users of ICT services provided.

Skills:

• Delivery of exceptional customer service to clients in understanding and assessing their IT support requirements
• Performing user systems administration in Active Directory and Exchange along with bespoke applications
• Desktop support tasks including SOE deployment, software deployment, hardware deployment including desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, iPads and Smartphones
• Administrative tasks including assisting with reports, telephony administration, documentation and producing training materials
• Accurately using the IT Service Management Tool to record and manage incidents, service requests and problems
