• AEM Digital Technical Support Officer
• 3 Months contract with possible extensions to December
• Based in Parramatta /Blacktown
• Contract Hourly Rate -$40/hr+Super
As a Digital technical support Officer, you will get the opportunity to work alongside a vibrant group of talented digital professionals in a new and exciting project to deliver engaging and accessible websites across New South Wales.
Responsibilities
• Content Management System (CMS) experience - Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Squiz Matrix.
• Being responsible for completion of job tickets from start to finish.
• Record and track all customer support issues through our ticketing system
• Create support documentation and maintain knowledge base systems
• An understanding of the digital space and how to most effectively utilise its potential.
• Relevant education or 1-3 years’ experience in a role such as Digital products support in supporting CMS management, Marketing, Applications Administrator, and IT Support.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies
To be successful in this role you must have:
• 2years experience in AEM and purely just for content publishing
• Don’t need to build components or know how the infrastructure works.
• During the training, it just means the trainer can put a call into the support officer from anywhere in NSW and answer a query quickly.
• And then when they start to deploy websites the content administrators will be loading content but having the phone support skillset- if some stakeholders have forgotten what the trainers taught them)
• Expect this to roll into December.
• Typically it has been anyone that has used a content management system-need to upskill the current team in AEM so looking for this person to have a good understanding.
• Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal to ensure you provide excellent Customer Service experience.
• Previous experience working on an IT Helpdesk and Problem-solving skills
