Our client is a world leader in network infrastructure and services. They require an experienced customer focused service delivery professional to join one of their High Touch Operations Teams as a High Touch Operations Manager that provides follow up and closure of critical problems and issues directly with their customer.

In this role you will need to be highly customer focussed, self motivated and dedicated to exceeding customer expectations. You will liaise with all levels within the customer and be responsible for resolving issues and providing clear communication to the customers internal teams to ensure optimal business function and satisfaction are achieved.

You will provide regular reporting and have the ability to prioritise and create defined plans of action. You will need to have a good understanding of the impacts any issue may have for the customer and their business and ensure that they are engaged and aware of any plans.

This is a role that requires you to manage your own customer organisational relationships whilst working collaboratively as a member of a cross - functional larger team, all focused on the same customer objectives. You will need to have excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, analysis, planning and communication skills using a wide range of platforms and tools.

Ideally you will hold a relevant qualification and have a number of years related customer operational support experience, plus project management or business experience gained in a vendor who provides network services and solutions. You should have a good knowledge of network technology and how this relates to business delivery, combined with the ability to leverage the technical experience of others. Any experience supporting a Service Provider would be well regarded. A relevant service delivery certification such as ITIL or Six Sigma would be ideal.

This is a unique role where you can build on your existing skills and contribute to and learn from the team. It requires a mix of technology understanding and business skills, but mostly it requires someone who will be passionate about the provision of quality service. On offer is an initial 12 month contract with expected extensions, as well as the chance to work, learn and contribute in a world leading vendor.
