Ideal 12 month contract with an immediate start for an experienced Business Process Improvement (Green/Black Belt) Manager, responsible for driving/project managing high impact initiatives in partnership with business along with managing the associated change, building lean six sigma capability and driving process maturity. Manager Process Improvement Role will facilitate and drive process improvement across the business unit

The role consists of:

  • Identifying business improvement opportunities through ongoing measurement of our performance and by proactively engaging stakeholders.
  • Driving continuous process improvement capability
  • Delivering, project managing and managing change across operational improvement initiatives as required
  • Facilitating improvement workshops and meetings as required utilising relevant techniques to assist Operations staff to resolve urgent improvement issues
  • Educating, coaching, and mentoring Green Belts and others on Lean Six Sigma philosophy and application
  • Providing quality leadership and direction to both any direct reports as well as to cross-functional teams empowered to execute the Lead Six Sigma strategy and tools to improve process capability and eliminate defects
  • Developing the top level process hierarchy for the organisation and support Process Owners with Process Maturity audit and capability

About you:

To be successful in securing this exciting post you will be a highly proven individual in a Process Improvement management position with some Telecommunications experience, who has a high level of adaptability, strong stakeholder management skills and an ability to drive a pragmatic delivery approach whilst still meeting critical business needs.

A successful track record of defining and mapping process and documentation. In addition to this you will be able to develop end-to-end customer journey maps

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt experience & certification (Black Belt is desirable)
  • Project Management experience & certification
  • Understanding of ARIS and BPMN 2.0 modelling - desirable
  • Ability to work in in a matrix management structure
