NEXON is seeking an individual who is passionate about technology to help design, implement, and manage global unified communications solutions. Based in a robust, diverse, and leading-edge enterprise environment, you will use your skills to guide NEXON through a rapidly evolving unified communications and collaboration space. Summary of Role:
You will serve as a technical UC Engineer, playing a defining role in the design, testing, deployment, and support of unified communications systems. You will be at the forefront of transformational technology as NEXON evolves its collaboration practices to meet the needs of employees and customers to leverage the rapidly changing solutions that the UC space offers.
We are looking for someone who has exceptional competence with Skype for Business, but also demonstrable experience with all forms of unified communications with respect to voice, video, instant messaging, call center, and other UC disciplines. Showing initiative, a passion for learning new technologies, and Enthusiasm and a team attitude are key. Are you the person we’re looking for?
Desired Skills and Experience
Essential:
- Strong background in Skype for Business architecture design and implementation
- Experience with VoIP and routing technologies and strategies
- Experience with AudioCodes, Polycom and ACME.
- Office 365 administration
- PowerShell
Preferred:
- Contact center solution (Voxtron)
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in teams and individually
