Role - Technical Lead
Contract - 24 Months
Location - Sydney CBD

Plan and manage the day to day activity of a business led analytics team, supporting the Workers Insurance Service line in developing insights that support effective operational delivery.
Essential requirements:
- Experience managing data driven, innovation and/or business analytics projects, preferable with team members with varied and diverse skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in social sciences, business, computer science or other relevant qualification. Alternatively, has demonstrated experience in similar roles.
Typical experience:
- Business domain knowledge in the insurance or health care industry.
- It is not a data analytics role but it will have a lot to do with the Data & Analytics team
- Act as a conduit between the Data & Analytics team and the wider business
- Look at Data & Analytics and claims triage based on risk profiling, using algorithms and determine how this is operationalised
- Taking insights and assisting the business in using these to deliver results
- Experience in insurance claims, with Data & Analytics background, ideally with a personal injury background
- Extensive experience in the insurance or health industries.
- A wide range of experience in a team leadership role with customer or business facing stakeholders.
- Understanding of the software delivery lifecycle.
- Experience in claims management and return to work desirable.
- Experience in business statistics reporting and analysis used in business performance reporting.
- Understanding of business administration environments, in particular call centre or claims management operation centres.
