Spinifex Recruiting are working with one of our large government clients to source an IT Officer in Parkes, NSW, 2870.
About the role
This position is a casual role that will run on a temporary basis from the 30th of July to the 10th of August.
Please note that this role is residential in Parkes, NSW, 2870 and for applicants from surrounding areas, accommodation will not be provided.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Assist with network and device operations and support
- Assist with mobile device management, support and network device tracking
- Roll out of new and upgraded hardware and software
- Assist with delivery of ICT related projects
- Deliver effective and efficient customer service
- Assist with the provision of continuous improvement regarding ICT services and processes.
- Undertake any other duties as required within the scope of the person’s capabilities, knowledge and experience.
Essential requirements / experience
- Minimum Certificate III in Information Technology, Direct user support.
- Current and valid NSW Driver’s licence
- Minimum of 1-2 years relevant work experience within the field
