About the opportunity
We are seeking a full time Software Project Manager with the primary responsibility of driving projects through to completion. This includes supporting the Project Portfolio Manager and assisting the business in all aspects of current and newly approved projects. We offer a working environment that is supportive and geared towards your ongoing development.
About you
With demonstrated project management experience, ideally within technology, you are proactive and responsive to the needs across a variety of projects. Your personal attributes include strong communication and people engagement skills, flexibility, problem solving and an overall pleasant approach.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and monitor detailed project documentation, including schedules, Project Charters and maintenance of the project portfolio dashboard.
- Reporting of project progress to relevant stakeholders, including latest developments, envisaged issues and risks, any changes and progress against initial plans.
- Organise and chair project meetings, prepare meeting minutes and distribute accordingly.
- Conduct post implementation reviews and ensure any issues are recorded and communicated.
