Lead the Sydney DevOps team in the Futures Clearing area. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Sydney Futures Clearing DevOps team providing support to internal Commodities and Global Markets business teams. Your work will be wide ranging, covering BAU support, collaboration with delivery leads, liaising with senior business stakeholders and taking responsibility for the stability and continuous improvement of your working environment.
We anticipate that to excel in this role you will have:
- minimum 4 years’ experience providing application support including 3 years’ team lead experience
- technical skills including strong SQL, Unix and scripting, file transfers and exposure to development environments
- strong problem definition & solving skills
- a proven record of being able to work well under pressure to deliver tasks in a timely manner and to a high standard
- comfort in a business facing role, liaising with a variety of stakeholders on a daily basis
- a thorough understanding of Incident and Change management processes.
From time-to-time this role will require public holiday and weekend work on a rostered basis.
