Your new role

  • Assess, analyse and recommend solutions to detect and prevent fraud;
  • Support delivery of system & data service;
  • Manage day to day operational concerns relating to performance, capability control, service quality and customer & colleague engagement;
  • Support and contribute to the system & data services demand pipeline to ensure greater convergence, simplification and investment re-use of all service capabilities;
  • Deliver day to day improvements in the system & data services proposition;
  • Contribute to the preparation of periodic system & data services performance scorecards;
  • Interact with Financial Crime Services colleagues to ensure alignment and leverage of capability consistently across the Financial Crime Services;
  • Promote cross-portfolio collaboration and working together delivering on Kaizen plans;
  • Enable deployment of system & data service frameworks, catalogue and support tools;
  • Support validation of system & data services risk profile and collaborate with Financial Crime Services to execute mitigation strategies/plans;
  • Assist in the management of internal and external business partners;
  • Support the business unit with generating performance insight;
  • Communicate, coordinate and resolve financial crime incidents and concerns;
  • Adhere to all internal operating policies and procedures relevant to the business unit;
  • Ensure the do ability of system & data services given capability, cost and time constraints and recommend appropriate mitigation actions where portfolio risks arise;
  • Provide professional and ethical behaviour in your actions by ensuring compliance with external legislation, bank standards and internal operating policies and procedures relevant to the position; and
  • Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with the requirements of the health and safety policy, procedures and legislation. Take reasonable care for own health and safety, as well as that of others.
