6-month initial contract

Exciting newly created role for an Applications Technical Specialist using application knowledge and skills to provide operational processing, higher level administration, development, learning and analysis to support the delivery of effective use of our client's Business Applications.

Key duties;

Stakeholder Engagement.
Application support experience (SAP experience highly desirable).
Analyse and define general business process and stakeholder needs and translate into application specifications and designs.
Prepare written analysis, including recommendations and conclusions, of application performance, change and improvement.
Assess and investigate routine business application change requests.
Recommend application improvements based on end-user interaction, process performance and knowledge of system, functionality and capability.
Participate in testing and document outcomes and results.
Provide second level support, resolution and or advice with respect to end-user queries, issues, problems and competency.

The initial term will be 6 months with on-going extensions based on individual performance.
