The Green Light Delivery Team are looking for an experienced Network Voice Engineer for technical leadership on an extensive deployment project. The role is responsible for the detailed design and the IT telephony deployment from HLD to LLD. This resource will work alongside existing technical personnel to deliver solutions for a large network voice deployment.

The role is to be product agnostic, working with the current legacy systems and designing a solution that works best for each site. This opportunity does require the experienced consultant to have full working rights in Australia.

The Senior Voice Consultant will lead all aspects of data from scoping requirements, doing the detailed design through to hands-on implementation. This opportunity would suit someone with a passion about technology, talented, mental agility, high standards and meticulous attention to detail. 

Responsibilities: 

• Work with key stakeholders to identify and evaluate proposed solutions to fulfil business requirements
• Document the proposed solutions and take an objective approach to comparing options before providing recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with analysts to design and provide solution cost estimate for business cases
• Manage solution risk in projects by providing risk mitigation options and design approaches.
• Provide guidance and direction to project teams on technical issues that may impact the solution and its implementation, and provide implementation assistance on an as-needed basis

Experience:  

• 5-8+ years as a Senior Network Voice Engineer / Consultant
• Experienced with doing end-to-end network voice deployments on large, enterprise clients
• Strong agnostic product experience across a broad range of voice technologies – CUCM, NAC, ACME SBC etc
• Been SME / Technical Lead to a team of technical professionals and driven a delivered solution
