Your role:
  
You will work as part of a tight team to provide objective advice, expertise and specialist skills in Dynamics CRM Development to a dedicated customer. As a core member of our Managed Applications team, you will be responsible for the completion of support tasks, including enhancement work and smaller support projects which will see you working across all our different practices.

You’ll develop a deep understanding of our client’s organisation to ensure successful delivery and maybe even suggest ways to enhance their business through continuous improvement of their existing solutions. This is a great opportunity to use your excellent customer service ethic to add value and create a difference.
  
About You:

You will:
  • Have several years' development experience with an excellent understanding of coding methodsand best practices.
  • Have experience designing and developing Dynamics CRM solutions, all versions from 2013 through to D365 including plugins, JavaScript and API coding.
  • Have demonstrated experience in a support environment – incident management, release management & change management will be familiar terms to you.
  • Have experience in Microsoft .Net framework, including ASP.Net, C#, JQuery, SQL server
  • Be an expert trouble shooter and love getting your teeth stuck into puzzles
  • Be an excellent communicator with first class customer service skills.
