In this role, the person will join a small IT team that provides a variety of support services to the business. 

This includes applications development, integration and support. 

The focus is to move the environment into the digital world. This will create opportunities and experiences for the customer base as well as internal business users.

To do this, this organisation requires a person to utilise their business analysis skills to take and understand requirements and help produce relevant solutions, from a software perspective.  The person will need to engage with vendors or in-house developers and manage the delivery of these solutions through. 

To be considered for this role, we are looking for a Business  Systems Analyst or a Junior Software Project Manager.

• Experience with requirements gathering methods/tools
• Agile and waterfall methods
• Software delivery projects/systems 
• Digital - web/content projects experience
• SDLC 
• Strong technical background
• Some experience in project managing would be highly regarded
• Commercial approach and able to take charge if required

Exposure to cloud and Microsoft technologies would be highly regarded. 
A background working in superannuation or financial services would be highly regarded.
