Due to expansion and success in our Managed Services  business, we are seeking an experienced Field Services Engineer to join the team in our Dandenong office, to help support our growing client base. Our Field Services Engineer plays a key role in delivering on-site technical services to our clients, this including:

• Set up, configuring and deployment of desktops, laptops and mobile devices.
• Provide on-site troubleshooting of issues escalated by our Service Desk.
• Conduct installations of networks, servers and software in accordance with customer requirements;
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance;
• Building relationships with clients ensuring client satisfaction;

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate is an experienced Desktop and Systems Engineer with excellent client facing skills. 

You will expect you to be familiar with them and to have had some direct experience in the following:

• PC / Server builds and deployment

• Microsoft Windows desktop operating system

• Microsoft Windows Server operating system

• Citrix XenApp and Microsoft Remote Desktop Services

• Exchange Server

• Microsoft Active Directory

• Office 365

• Commercial backup solutions

• Cisco networking

• Virtualisation technologies (Citrix/VMWare)

Highly regarded skills include:

• VMware

• Citrix

• Cisco

• Veeam

Previous experience working for a Managed Services Provider would be highly regarded.  Please note this role requires a current Drivers license and your own car for you to be successful in this role.
