Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible to support the project needs with business analysis, requirements gathering and documentation for the next phase of a Transformation program.
 
You must be able to see the big picture, and have worked in the exploratory phases of a project in the past, work with ambiguity and without extensive direction, as you understand project objectives and be able to apply your capabilities in requirements elicitation on business focused programs and quickly come up to speed with their strategy/objectives.
 
As such you must be able to demonstrate your skills and experience in the following:

• Solid experience as a Business Analyst is a must have
• Experience working in the education sector is highly desired
• Capabilities in working in the exploratory phases of a program, with ability to establish structure during ambiguous, early project shaping phases
• Proven ability to influence organizations strategic and operational plans
• Experience working on projects requiring your input to future Business Operating Models is nice to have
• Self-starter capable of directing own workload without management direction
• Proven new product development experience gained on business projects in the online space
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Any Agile experience is highly desired 

This is a great 6-month day rate contract to commence asap initially until the end of 2018 with likely extensions into 2019.
