We are currently looking for a Business Analyst with very strong process skills on an initial 12 month fixed term contract.

The role will focus on engaging with the business to understand business requirements, identify opportunities to streamline and improve process across different business units as part of a larger transformation project.

The Business Process Analyst should have excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to push back on requests where required. You will also have a strong understanding of solution design, skills to analyse and deliver improvements to agreed quality, cost, and time constraints. The role will have a strong emphasis on analysis, definition and implementation of process in a project environment along with strong coordination and problem solving capabilities. 

Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:

- Gather and document business requirements, objectives and business problem using standard templates; in the absence of templates creation of these

- Facilitate business requirements workshops

- Assist with project management tasks as required including task planning, issue and risk management

- Work with business stakeholders teams to define solution design by evaluating options to deliver objectives

- Responsible for identifying streamlining opportunities across the organisation and relevant process mapping 

- Provides change management advice where necessary on applications

- Develop the "as is" and "to be" documentation

- Maintains a high level of engagement with multiple customers, IT teams to ensure that projects and initiatives

are tracked and managed to completion

- Provides business advice in relation to change requests and process improvements

- Identifies process problems and works with relevant teams to find solutions

- Collaborates with other team members, teams and departments

- Actively involved in transition to support activities

- Strong business analysis skills

 - Process mapping skills (Visio, BPR, "As is" and "to be", BPI)

- Excellent stakeholder communication skills, both written and verbal

- Capable of producing high work quality with minimal supervision and under tight deadlines

- Ability to establish and maintain effective role relationships with other team members, peers and associates

- Well-developed problem solving skills

- Willingness to exercise initiative and a well-developed sense of personal responsibility

- Highly organised and good prioritisation skills
