Working within the growing team, you will be exposed to a myriad of technologies, be given opportunities for further growth and be offered a hands-on role where your ability to problem solve will have a huge positive impact on your clients.

Operating within a collaborative team environment, your main objective will be to provide Level 1 Technical Support to clients.

Duties will include;
  • Helpdesk – answering emails, phone calls, assisting the technical support team with triage of support requests and scheduling
  • Fixing IT problems for clients remotely and on our workbench
  • Implementing new computer systems for clients
  • Accurately documenting work performed and recording it in the job system
  • Liaising with Customers/Clients
  • Following our standard operating procedures and “rules of the game”
  • Looking out for and supporting your team mates
To be considered for this great role, you will have;
  • CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience, at minimum.
  • A minimum of 1-year commercial IT experience (ideally in the small and medium business realm)
  • Have your own reliable vehicle and driver's license
  • A confident but friendly phone manner
  • A hands-on approach to daily tasks and a willingness to assist other team members
  • A proactive approach to solving problems
