ABOUT THE ROLE

• Experience in OpentText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) configuration to implement within an SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Provide support to user acceptance testing for the OpenText VIM
• Provide post go live support for the OpenText VIM. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide expertise and leadership in the design of document management solutions that address business requirements.
• Proven track record in complex SAP and OpenText VIM implementations.
• Analyse business requirements, develop solutions, specifications, test requirements.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Knowledge to configure OpenText VIM tht has been integrated with SAP.
• Solve complex problems in areas of specialty
• Schedule stakeholder workshops, interviews and meetings
• Provide advice to management and consult in management decisions
• Provide management with multiple solutions to complex issues
• Maintain a good client relationship.
• Prepare quality Project deliverables.
• On time delivery of assigned tasks of varying complexity.
• Monitor and report to team leader/manager on project deliverable's and responsibilities
• Highly motivated high performing and well focused member of a team that delivers quality applications on time and to budget.
• Assist in facilitating data gathering and the co-ordination of documentation
• Manage own workload.

MANDATORY EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• Minimum 5 years OpenText VIM experience connecting to SAP systems.
• At least 3 full cycle implementations.
• Configuration experience within the OpenText VIM
• Experience in at least 1 Oil and Gas implementation project
• S/4HANA experience.
