We have joined forces with a leading FMCG company in building their Technical Support team. Due to acquisition and growth, we are after an energetic, eager to learn Service Desk Analyst to be based Cheltenham/Moorabbin supporting head office users, installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining & upgrading all PC hardware & equipment. Your exemplary communication and customer services skills will be put to work troubleshooting Windows issues in person, by phone & via email. There are a few exciting projects in the pipeline which this role will be a major part of.This circa $60k role is suited for a tech-savvy and energetic person with 3+ years experience in a Service Desk role supporting Windows 10, Active Directory, Lotus Notes, O365, Azure and a variety of hardware who has a high level of initiative and is looking to broaden their experience in technical support. You must have strong verbal communication skills and the right attitude.
