Through the delivery of services and implementation of new systems, processes and technology, we assist our clients to gain competitive advantage and reach new heights.
FinXL is looking to engage a Project Coordinator with hands on agile experience.
To be successful in this role:
- Demonstrated experience coordinating project activities, resources, equipment and information
- Proven experience of producing clear, accurate and timely reports, documentation and correspondence
- Strong project coordination skills, including experience in managing and maintaining project artefacts
- Complete project administration tasks as required for each project, including tracking and reporting on risks and progress against budget
- Strong organisational skills, including scheduling and demand management
- Support to the Project Management team
- Working knowledge of either/or ITIL, Prince2, PMBOK or related Project
Only Australian citizens with minimum NV1 security clearance will be considered for the role.
Candidates will Defence background highly regarded.
