THE ROLE:
This role will suit a positive, flexible and results driven candidate who takes ownership of tasks through to completion and enjoys working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. You will possess excellent communication and customer service skills and pride yourself on delivering a high level of technical achievement in every instance. The ideal candidate for this role will need to be structured and organised, ensure deadlines are met, be proactive and have strong attention to detail. You are happy working in a small team & have experience working in a small team. You also need to sometimes get your hands dirty and when required be flexible - which includes assisting on the Service desk or fixing a broken printer. You possess a current Driver's License/own a vehicle as you may be required to attend client sites.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Delivering projects autonomously, from end to end including implementation.
• Assisting and working on the IT Service Desk and supporting clients with support issues in a timely and professional manner. Ensuring SLA's and customer service standards are met.
• Working closely with technical leads and other knowledge domains.
• Providing Network and Systems guidance and support to key clients.
• Assisting the sales team with hardware spec's, quoting and technical solutions. 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• MANDATORY REQUIREMENT - Must have at least 3-5 years’ Managed Services (MSP) experience.
• 3+ years' experience in supporting systems infrastructure (Systems, Storage, Virtualisation).
• IT experience in multi-server, multi-site, multi-domain environments.
• Technical skills - Active Directory and Exchange Server upgrades and deployments, Archiving, SAN deployments, VMware upgrades and deployments, Citrix, Anti-Virus, Office 365 Migrations, Google Apps, SCCM,SQL. Cloud Services – Azure, Google Apps, Office 365, AWS. Networking – ADSL, Fiber Network turn ups and troubleshooting, LAN Cabling, VLAN's.
• Strong Experience (and preferably certifications) in VMware, Microsoft Server Suite of products.
• Tertiary qualification and Industry certification– IT, Engineering Degree, or equivalent experience. MCITP, MCSE, VCP, CCA.
• Must be a team player and possess excellent customer services and communication skills.
