Outstanding opportunity for Business Analyst with telco industry knowledge to join a leading Telco. As a Business Analyst you will work collaboratively with internal customers to ensure new programs of work are developed and integrated in line with the Land Access & Stakeholder Engagement (LA&SE) delivery model.
You will ideally have coming from a Telco background and can demonstrate a strong track record of success in delivering outstanding results and meeting critical timeframes. Ideally have been involved in Telco/Infrastructure projects involved in Land Access.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring program metrics are integrated into the Land Access & Stakeholder Engagement (LA&SE) reporting mechanisms, are fit for purpose and support the LA&SE Enablement and Governance frameworks.
- Work with the LA&SE Information Management and Processing (IMAP) team to ensure IT requirements for new and existing programs of work are considered and integrated to streamline processes.
- Representing LA&SE with internal stakeholder groups within different Telco groups to ensure that LA&SE requirements are taken in to account early in the development process. This will require the individual to have an operational understanding of the three specialist LA&SE streams.
- Collaboration with LA&SE State Teams to develop and implement tactical solutions to support business outcomes across the LA&SE function by way of new processes and reporting
To be successful in this role you will have the following:
- 3 years’ experience working as a Business Analyst (mandatory)
- Telecommunications sector experience (mandatory)
- Tertiary level qualifications in Telecommunications/Business/Environmental or Town planning related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a construction, infrastructure or telecommunications organisation involved in land access for major projects.
- Excellent interpersonal, research, written and oral communication skills and a strong interest in and appreciation of construction planning and environment issues
- GIS (Geographical Information Systems) - (Desirable)
- Microsoft Office Software - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Strong overall experience in IT, backed up by a relevant qualification and/or development background
- Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills
- You will have a can-do attitude and a consultative nature along with excellent communication and presentation skills
- You will be adaptable and possess the ability to build rapport with clients and key stakeholders
