They are currently seeking a competent and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join their fast growing Agile operation.
What will you do?
Reporting in to the Team Leader, the successful incumbent will be a member of the cross-functional software delivery team and will be responsible for operational support, systems development, automation and monitoring.
There is the opportunity in the future for the right candidate to grow and provide technical leadership to the team.
Your background:
- Proven DevOps experience with automation and systems development
- Experience with IaaS & Cloud- specifically AWS
- Prior scripting, troubleshooting and configuration management experience
- Must have strong hands-on experience with the security side of infrastructure- firewalls, switching, routing, intrusion detection, monitoring, logging and alerting tools
- Linux administration and operation experience
- Working knowledge of Database systems
- Outstanding communication skills- must be able to design and document processes and systems
