Digital Project Coordinator / Project Manager

Zeroseven is a leader in the marketplace across all things digital and work with a broad range of clients on online projects that excite and get results. We are now looking for a highly organised, motivated and efficient Project Coordinator to join our team.
This is a full time job ideal for someone who has at least 2 years of project management experience, preferably in a digital or marketing environment that is excited about web technology.
This role involves:
- managing a range of smaller online projects to be on time, on budget and within the project scope
- liaising with clients throughout the design and development phases
- co-ordinating designers and developers and overseeing the production process
- working with time keeping and resource allocation software
- working with Account Managers on bigger project briefs
- managing out of scope changes and additions in terms of time and budgets
- maintaining quality control and coordinating the development team - in short making everything run smoothly
- supporting existing client with changes to their websites
You'll have a thorough understanding of how websites work and what is involved in managing an online project and have exceptional organisational skills and sound technical knowledge to keep track of changes and project progress.
The ideal person:
- strong customer service mentality
- has fantastic communication and interpersonal skills
- has experience working on websites and with content management systems
- can help clients understand technical issues in plain English and build client rapport
- has exceptional project and time management skills
- pays attention to detail
- likes responsibility and is prepared to deal with situations and "make a call" when required
- can take charge and enforce timelines when necessary
- has a sense of humour when it's needed!
It would be an advantage if you had a project management qualification (but not absolutely crucial). In this role organisational and interpersonal skills are key.
