The Role:
Positioned in our Enablement team, which is responsible for the maintenance and ongoing improvement of our proprietary billing, rating and provisioning platform, this role is focused on:
- Identifying opportunities for improvement
- Automation and bug fixing
- Prioritising tickets
- Deployments (this may involve occasional out of business hours work)
You will work closely with our Operations teams to both fully understand the platform, and to elicit and communicate issues etc.
To be successful, you will have a passion for problem solving and excellent customer service, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- At least 2 years' commercial PHP, database and front-end experience
- A Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Strong time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to work out of business hours occasionally
Additionally, you will ideally be able to demonstrate:
- Commercial experience with MySQL and React
- Experience in the telecommunications industry
