Your Role

Your role is to work cross-functional to delivery customer service and support to our valued customers. You must have the willingness to learn, provide a positive, pleasant memorable experience via the means of support systems made available to you.

• Receive incoming calls
• Be proficient with MS excel
• Be computer savvy.
• You are passionate, self-motivated individual who loves helping people whilst being technically savvy
• Analytical problem-solving skills are necessary, you need to identify problems and work through the solution to resolve issues.

The successful candidate will have

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with diligence and commitment to follow through and resolve problems.
• A proven team player who pro-actively helps other team members
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in the workforce is an advantage specifically IT related industry.
