Our federal government client needs a User Researcher to work in multidisciplinary teams to ensure the identification and prioritisation of the work that benefits users. You will be responsible for building an understanding of the services’ users and their behaviour and providing insights to the teams about how users interact with the service.
Experience needed:
- Identify user needs/priorities & ensure that your team understands them
- Plan and conduct a range of research including contextual enquiry
- Articulate clear and actionable insights and recommendations
- Analyse and draw insights across different bodies of user research
- Previous experience in Agile
- Work at pace as part of an Agile multi-disciplined team
This role is in a Commonwealth Government environment hence the client is limited to accepting Australian Citizenship only. Those with a security clearance will have an advantage.
