About the Company:
This boutique financial services technology organisation is experiencing exciting growth within their existing and new business ventures.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Change Manager on an initial 6 month contract to help improve their billing processes. Key responsibilities will include:
- Process and governance design and implementation;
- Engaging relevant senior stakeholders around product design, flow charts and pricing environments;
- Change Management; and
- Design of roles and responsibilities for relevant positions.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a Change Management capacity;
- Proven ability to effectively communicate and influence senior stakeholders;
- Ability to think high level as well as get into the detail;
- Understanding of finance and billings process highly desirable;
- Understanding of Project and Change Management methodologies and principles; and
- Banking experience desired but not essential,
