This is an entry level position from graduate to 1 year help desk experience. We are seeking someone that is confident, enthusiastic, well spoken and has a high level of computer skills and is willing to learn.

The role involves:

• Remote support to our clients
• Occasional on site support
• Liasing with internal staff & our external clients
• Computer diagnosis and repairs
• Network troubleshooting
• Microsoft product support
• Office 365 maintenance & support

Skills in the below is a bonus but not mandatory:

• Familiar with remote management software Solarwinds N-Able
