Position Description:

In this role, you will be helping people, mostly business users, to solve problems and get the most out of their Mac computer systems.
You will be the front line of our company to the clients you see,
and therefore will need to be professional and have exceptional people skills.

Your duties will include;

  • In-house hardware & software support
  • Remote & phone technical support
  • Onsite maintenance, technical support & installation
  • Upgrades, software and equipment sales


This is a full time position.

To qualify for this position, you must;

  • Be presentable and have great communication skills both verbal and written, and be able to relate to people on all levels.
  • Work well under pressure
  • Multi-task effectively
  • Work with minimal direction
  • Have good problem solving skills
  • Apply attention to detail
  • Have your own reliable car
  • Be comfortable visiting people in their place of business or at home.


Previous customer service experience is essential.

Technical knowledge will be an advantage; however, we will train the right person.
